Third-party tools

Depending on your budget, using a third-party tool for what you are trying to do may be the best way to go. At least they'll save you a lot of time.

The tool I was using in the past is n2pdf, which provides a powerful and easy-to-use LotusScript API; see
https://www.softvision.de/en/products/n2pdf.html
